Where is my order?
We are busy bees making Bon Bee Gourmet Honey Bars and shipping them out as soon as possible!
With the recent airing of Shark Tank, we are experiencing unprecedented demand. Our current lead time to ship orders is two - four weeks. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Please check the tracking number on your order confirmation for the status of your shipment. If it shows your order was delivered, but you have not received it, please be sure to check your mailbox, area surrounding the front door or other entrances to your location, apartment management office (if applicable), or even neighbors. Occasionally, carriers may leave your package in an unexpected location.
If you still cannot locate your package, please let us know and we will check with the carrier and get back to you within three business days. (Snooze)

Our 1..4 oz. Gourmet Coconut Almond bar contains 20g of sugar.
The primary source of the sugar content comes from honey, which makes up 42% of each bar. The remaining sugar content comes from the nuts and tapioca syrup.
Other than the naturally occurring sugars in our ingredients, there are no additional sugars added to our bars.

Bon Bee (formerly Honey Bunchies) Gourmet Honey Bars have a shelf life of 7 months from the date of production without refrigeration or freezing. Bars stored in the refrigerator have a shelf life of 8 months. While bars stored in the freezer have a shelf life of 12 months.
Bon Bee (formerly Honey Bunchies) Gourmet Honey Bars are unique and in a category of their own! Our bars are often categorized as energy bars, nutrition bars, and snack bars. But we happily referred to them as Gourmet Honey Bars.

Though we do not currently have non-gmo certification, none of our ingredients are genetically modified. They are all as nature intended!

None of Bon Bee (formerly Honey Bunchies) products contain wheat or gluten. We proudly use a dedicated gluten-free facility.

We take great care to thoroughly clean our equipment in between every batch produced. We also make our Coconut Almond bars and Peanut Pecan bars on separate days.

We are allergen friendly. We are acutely aware of the dangers of allergens and cross contamination and it is something we take very seriously. We have gluten-free dedicated production lines and allergen safety procedures to help prevent any unintended cross-contamination.

Where is your honey from?
Our honey comes from our trusted U.S. suppliers.
How is your honey sourced?
We use U.S. suppliers. We use only top-quality ingredients and honey is no exception. We are very aware of the proliferation of adulterated honey and take appropriate steps to ensure that our honey is 100% pure and natural, with nothing added. Our honey only comes from our trusted suppliers.
What kind of honey do you use?
We currently use clover honey/light amber. However, some bees will visit other flowers on the way to or from the clover fields.

We don’t raise bees but we appreciate the beekeepers (and the bees!) efforts and donate to the Xerces Society to support pollinators.

No we are not though we just love their wonderful honey and think beekeepers are simply amazing!

When will my credit card be charged?

Do you charge sales tax?

What do you charge for shipping?
Occasionally, we will charge flat rate shipping or free shipping as a promotion. When a shipping promotion is not active, the shipping charge is determined at checkout based on your order and your location.
How Do You Ship?
We use multiple shipping providers, USPS, FedEx, and UPS, to ensure fastest delivery to your door!
Do you have overnight delivery or expedited shipping?
During times of high demand, we may not offer expedited shipping. However, if it is available at the time of your purchase, you will see the option during checkout.
Do you use FedEx, UPS or USPS?
We use all 3 dependent upon the delivery address and which will get your order to your door as quickly as possible.
WARM WEATHER SHIPPING
Do you use ice packs?
We do not currently ship with ice packs. Although heat exposure will soften our bars (all that honey!), they will quickly harden back up when placed at room temperature or refrigerated. The taste will still be the same - simply delicious!
My bars are melted.
